InstalPlast Łask manufactures the following types of chamber:

- Inspection
- Drainage
- Settler

Sewage Chambers

The Chamber is a very important element of a non pressurized external sewage system. It allows access to the system for maintenance, cleaning or measuring the pipelines.

The individual components of chamber system can be made of PP or PVC-U by using either the injection or extrusion method of production.

PP Raising Pipes are extruded as single [DN315- (SN2)] or double [DN 400 – (SN4, SN8)] wall pipes.
The choice of pipe used will depend on the level of endurance required.
The outside wall of the raising pipes is of corrugated constructions which carry advantages when compared to using a smooth pipe.

- It is more stable in the ground and therefore more reliable as the condition of the earth changes from season to season.

- The corrugated pipe has the same wall stiffness as the smooth PVC-U pipe but actually weighs less which makes installation easier.

- The corrugated construction of the pipe makes it easier to make accurate cuts when required.


InstalPlast Łask telescope is made of PVC-U pipe with a cast iron cover attached. This cover provided can be either a grid or solid in design.

Should conditions dictate, there is also the option of using a concrete cone with a cover and this can be installed directly to the raising pipe.
Depending on rising and connecting pipes diameter, InstalPlast Łask provides following sizes of PP chambers: They are available as either a straight or connection design.

DN 315 Chambers
------------------------

These chambers are built with the following parts:


◊ Bottom chamber (straight or connection) to join 160mm or 200mm sewage pipes,

◊ PP Single Wall Raising Pipe SN2 available in 1.25, 2, 3 and 6 meter lengths,

◊ Telescope with cast iron grid or solid cover (class A15, B125 or D400),

◊ Rubber sealing ring between the raising pipe and the telescope,

◊ Concrete cone and concrete or cast iron cover (class B125),









DN 400 Chambers
------------------------

These chambers are built with the following parts:


◊ Bottom chamber (straight or connection) to join 160mm or 200mm sewage pipes,

◊ PP Double Wall Raising Pipe SN4 or SN8 available in 3 and 6 meter lengths,

◊ Telescope with cast iron grid or solid cover (class A15, B125 or D400),

◊ Rubber sealing ring between the raising pipe and the telescope,

◊ Adaptor to connect the raising pipe and telescope,

◊ Concrete cone with concrete or cast iron cover (class B125),









Drainage Chambers
--------------------------

Drainage chambers are made in 1.5 meter high lengths of DN/ID 315 PP corrugated pipe.

They have inlets to connect the InstalPlast 110 mm drainage pipes.

The chambers can be closed at a bottom with a plastic end plug with sealing rubber ring if required.

The drainage chamber is available as either a straight-through or with left, right or both side connections.

The inlets are situated 50 cm from the bottom of the chamber.

To close the chamber at the top a plastic lid, telescope with cast iron cover or
a concrete cone and cover can be used.


Settler Chambers

Settler chambers are a convenient part of a rain water diverting pipelines.

InstalPlast Łask produces DN/ID 315 and 400 chambers – 2 meters in height. (Other heights are available by special order only.

The settler chamber bases on PP corrugated pipe [DN 315 single wall; DN 400 double wall].

It is sealed at the bottom and has one 160mm joint to allow connection to a sewage pipe.

The settler capacity is 55 liters.
