PeFlexo Pipe Applications
Typically, irrigation and sprinkler pipes are either durable (and rigid) or flexible (and less durable). InstalPlast has engineered an exceptional pipe that combines both qualities: it is both durable and flexible! PeFlexo pipes are manufactured specifically for crop field irrigation, orchard irrigation, greenhouses, indoor cultivation facilities, and sprinkler systems. They are produced in standard nominal diameters of DN20-110 mm and pressure ratings of PN4, PN6, and PN10. Discover the applications of PeFlexo pipes.
Crop field irrigation pipe
Irrigation pipe for all types of crops: cereals (rye, wheat, barley, oats, etc.), potatoes, oilseed rape, cabbage, beetroot, sugar beet, maize, peas, beans, and others.
Greenhouse irrigation pipe
PeFlexo can be used in greenhouses for irrigating crops such as tomatoes, cabbage, lettuce, herbs, cucumbers, and others.

One is not enough…
Three Layers of PeFlexo
The PeFlexo pipe consists of three layers, providing high strength and resistance to mechanical damage while maintaining greater flexibility. This makes it ideal for agricultural, fruit-growing, and horticultural applications where high durability, weather resistance, and flexibility during the layout of irrigation or sprinkler pipes are required.
How…
Durable
Irrigation and sprinkler pipes are subjected to heavy-duty use – pipes are continuously unreeled, coiled, stored, and transported. Operating conditions in crop fields or orchards are far from ideal, which is why the pipe must be highly durable. A special, proprietary compound engineered by InstalPlast’s production team was created to ensure the pipe withstands daily commercial use.
PeFlexo irrigation and sprinkler pipes manufactured by InstalPlast comply with the required pressure ratings of PN4, PN6, and PN10.
Extremely so!
Flexible
The PeFlexo pipe features excellent flexibility, making it easy to install and convenient to use. Consequently, it can be deployed in hard-to-reach locations, providing an ideal solution for farmers, fruit growers, and horticulturists. It is straightforward to assemble and disassemble.
Internal testing of the PeFlexo pipe has shown that it is up to 23% more flexible than standard irrigation and sprinkler pipes.
Ideally suited for sprinkler systems.
PeFlexo pipes are ideally suited for coiling onto hose reel irrigators. We manufacture standard diameters for pipes intended for this purpose: DN 50, DN 63, DN 75, and DN 90 mm.
4-Year Warranty on PN6 and PN10 Pipes
Flexibility Increased by 23%
Up to 10% Higher Durability
Compatible with Standard Market Fittings
